SouthernGFX first started working with Sky TV in 2011 when we were asked to sculpt the Barclay’s Premiership lion as part of Ford super sunday.

Since then, we have been involved in a wide range of projects, creating 3D assets, including logos, 3D text and motion graphics.

Our key involvement with sky is in the design and creation of 3D logo bar assets. These logos cover all of Sky’s branded channels including Sky 1 & 2, Sky Sports channels and Sky Cinema. A range of pop-up channel logos have also been created to coincide the releases of major film events. This includes Disney, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Star Trek, Rocky, Pirates of the Caribbean, Fast & Furious & X-Men amongst others.

The channel logos we have created are present in the branding of 5 major regions including UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy & Austria and have been used in thousands of individual stings and channel bumpers throughout all major programming.
