Along with any quote I like to send a PDF of my terms and conditions to help a prospective client make the right choices. Please feel free to download a copy here.

Terms and conditions PDF 2010

The main points in my terms are:

• I always ask for a deposit
• I can’t join teams with the promise of payment if the project does well
• My payment methods are paypal, direct transfer to account (US sand UK accounts available), cheque.
• I generally quote on a day-rate basis or per job if required.
• Final artwork/assets will only be released after final payment.

Please feel free to drop me a line and ask for a quote. I generally like to call to discuss the quote and to prevent bogus enquiries. If you want me to quote please provide as much information as you can including:

• Your details including a phone number and/or an IM ID (I favour Skype)
• Type of job (2D, 3D, texturing etc.)
• Timescales and when you would want a job to start.
• If it is a modelling commission are you supplying the concept art
• Any details about NDA’s (Non disclosure agreements)
