PROJECT:  Film. Legend of Longwood IMDB

DETAILS: Led a team to create a 1 minutes 40 second animation of the Legend of Longwood. Illustrated Parchment style. Provided all illustrations to be composited into the book. Created the animation. Supported the Director on VFX dailies.

  • Fluterverse Fairies – We are providing a huge range of 3D models for an upcoming Unity based game called Flutterverse. The project requires a multiple low polygon characters with a wide range of interchangeable clothing.
  • Batez Consulting Logo Design – My wed dev needed a new logo and brand ID. I’ve been working closely with his for a few years on a number of projects and I now get to help him re-design his own web presence.


October 2010

Hurricane Films Project – October sees the start of a long term project with Liverpool based film company. From our end the project is lead by SparkleVFX and SouthernGFX will provide lots of the 3d content and assets.

From the SPARKLE/VFX BLOG. We’ve been a little quiet recently… and for good reason. This week saw the start a monumental project with Liverpool based Hurricane Films, although we can’t reveal too many details at the moment we can mention that the project will last 3 months and exist in Liverpool for the next 10 years!!, there’ll be a few Hard Days in the Sparkle* office as it all gets a little Helter Skelter.

ZBrush Training – We supplied 2 weeks of 3D modelling training to a Brackley based studio, ‘Design by touch‘. We’ve worked with these guys on a number of commissions and it was great to do some in-house training with the whole team. The first week was basic sub division training using Silo3D and we followed that with some ZBrush sculpting and texturing.
